The aim of the course is to enable students to practice and perfect their communication skills, knowledge and language input by focusing on the generalities of business communication, soft and people skills, leadership, cultural competences, teamwork, public speaking and key presentation elements, techniques and theory.
The aim of this course is to enable students to build upon the previous acquired knowledge focusing on additional methods of communication. Participants will gain confidence in oral production within a wide range of business situations by learning the use of key words and expressions; as well as improving listening, writing and reading comprehension skills in order to communicate with colleagues and work contacts by phone, write formal emails, acquire good networking skills, lead and participate in meetings, presentations and negotiations. The course also seeks the development of leadership skills, decision-making abilities and human relations expertise.
